SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver to any and all postal address around the world, not including P.O. Boxes

To ensure safe delivery of all products, they are double packed in waterproof and corrugated boxes. All orders are shipped by the best transport/courier agencies and home delivered within approximately 3-5 working days after dispatch of the shipment.

Wed In Vogue will ship across the world - In all cases, even during promotional times, in the event of a reshipment of the same order due to incorrect address details provided, customers will be responsible for paying re-shipping charges and any related fines/penalties.

Since transport/courier agencies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, customers are requested to provide full address with post code/zip code. NOTE: Billing Address shall mean the address where a customer receives the credit card bills. Shipping address shall mean the address where the order shall have to be delivered.

GIFT DELIVERIES BEING MADE TO COLLEGE/HOSTELS/SCHOOLS ARE SOLELY AT CUSTOMER’S RISK. In case the authorities of such places fail to accept the package, for any reason, Wed In Vogue will under no circumstances issue credit to the customer's account, nor shall Wed In Vogue attempt re-shipment of the same order.

In case customer wishes to avail other alternate shipping options, Wed In Vogue may then suggest other options. The customer may send email to contact@wedinvogue.com for further details.

In the case of multiple orders, Customer may receive the items separately, depending on product availability and shipping locations. 

All products shall be shipped from either designers, producers or stock in India or the UK. Wed In Vogue shall not give any refund, returns, replacement or exchange for the reason due to delay caused by the carrier agency. However, at its sole discretion, Wed In Vogue may agree to provide credit, which may be used for future orders. 

Wed In Vogue shall intimate by email, in case of delay in shipping due to un-availability of stock or due to unusual delay in filling an order.

Wed In Vogue hopes the customer understands that shipments to certain countries will have duties and taxes charged on products delivered. These costs will be solely borne by the customer themselves and not by Wed In Vogue.

SHIPMENT TIME -

Against each product on the website, an approximate time for shipment has been provided; which are merely indicative. Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on availability of product and other factors. 

In Order to get an accurate estimate of shipment time, kindly email the order number or item codes.

TRANSIT RISK

All orders sent by Wed In Vogue are fully insured at no extra cost to customers.

In the case of loss of order while ‘in transit’, Wed In Vogue shall re-process the order.

However, Wed In Vogue shall not be responsible for loss of packages during transit or any damages to package (full or partial), once the item has been delivered by the carrier agency at the address provided by the customer at the time of placing of an order.

TRACKING OF SHIPMENT

They shall provide details of the shipment via email alerts to the customer, once the package is handed across to the carrier agency. The email alerts shall contain the transport/courier agency’s website details along with tracking number and expected date of delivery. The Customer may use the details to keep a check on the status of package.

Please note that tracking numbers for orders shipped may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the websites.

IN CASE OF DELAYS

Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item is indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

However benefits such as some store credit to be used for future orders, free gift, etc.

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.

However, any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases, we may offer to refund you for the unfulfilled part of the order. We would be happy to assist you at contact@wedinvogue.com.

 

RETURN POLICY

As a company, we strive to deliver the highest quality products and ensure they are flawless, hence, if a product is found damaged/defected it can be returned for your benefit. Nevertheless, to make sure that this part of the business is handled with utmost care, the following returns policy has been created for everyone’s benefit:

1) With our liberal returns policy, you can send back the product you have purchased in its original condition and packaging within 7 days after receiving them. Store credit will be issued once our customer care team has done a thorough inspection of the items to make sure they are in their original condition, with all packaging and tags in place.

2) To return an item, the customer must write to us at contact@wedinvogue.com to obtain a unique return order number (RON) for tracking purposes. A prompt response is assured to such mails. 

3) We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.

4) Customized items may not be returned unless the product is visibly damaged during shipment or the fault is genuinely from our end. For this store credit, may be given if deemed so by our customer care team. If only part of the item is tailored such as with the case of sarees - we will accept returns for the un-tailored portion of the outfit for store credit.

5) If I return the product how will I get back the courier charges? Once your product is returned a Quality Check is done for the received product, your shipping charges will be reimbursed in terms of a Coupon Code. You will be able to avail it within 30 days for full value in one transaction.

6) While Wed In Vogue makes every possible effort to make sure that the colors represented in our images are as accurate as possible to the real item, there is always a chance that a very slight difference may occur - if you are unhappy please contact our team at contact@wedinvogue.com.

7) Any complaint with regards to damage, stains, stitching, any other such case should be reported to us within 24 hours of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the product in order to review.

8) Beads or sequins missing/coming off. Even with the best care this can occur but every effort it made to avoid it. If it does happen, do not panic you can get in touch with our customer care representative who will be able to assist you.

9) Wed In Vogue will not be liable for Customs duties and taxes, if applicable.
